The Fallen Kingdom starts abruptly, and somewhat in a weird manner. Weird as in…well.. you’ll definitely know what I’m talking about if, and/or when you read the book. I like how the story began though! I liked what followed as well, and how the beginning of this The Fallen Kingdom seamlessly eased into the rest of the book.

The Vanishing Throne is the second book to The Falconer, by Elizabeth May. If you haven’t yet read The Falconer, there will be spoilers in this review.

If there was one thing that I’d have to tell someone about this book that I liked about this sequel is that there’s still one point of view, which is great to be honest!

Without spoilers, I’ll say that the beginning is kinda heart breaking.
