Hello friends! Today’s post is about the book series that I want to finish within this year. Since were still in the beginning months of the year, I thought that this would be the perfect time to create this post.

November 2017 Wrap Up & Book Haul
Hello everyone! Today’s post will be my November 2017 Wrap-Up. It’s mindblowing that it’s already December. This year has flown by so quickly!
I limited myself to 3 books for my TBR in November. The books from top to bottom are: The Dream Thieves (The Raven Cycle, #2) by Maggie Stiefvater (re-read); Zodiac (Zodiac, #1) by Romina Russell (re-read); and Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone (Illustrated by Jim Kay) by JK Rowling.
I didn’t get around to reading my TBR at all last month. Which I’m very disappointed about, but I’m not going to let that bring me down. I read other books that were fairly interesting, so that in and of itself is pleasing.
Last month I read 7 books, gained 7 books. I reviewed 14 books, and posted 6 bookish-related posts. Continue reading
4 Trilogies I’ve Yet to Finish
Have you ever read a book, and then realized it was part of a series? Have you ever read a book that was part of a series; finished the book you were reading and then totally forgot about the book you read? I’ve been in both of these situations and while sometimes the series are entertaining, other times the rest of the book series just doesn’t live up to the first book.
Here are 4 book series that I have yet to finish. Continue reading
TBR Tuesday #19
Hello reader/s! I hope you’re well! For a while now, I’ve been writing a weekly or bi-weekly post about books that are on my TBR. TBR, if you don’t know is the abbreviation for To Be Read. My goal here is to shed some light on books that I’ve otherwise forgotten about. These books could be books I’ve been meaning to read from the library, or books that have been collecting dust on my shelves at home. My goal though is to say a little about the book and also give a little reasoning of why I want to read them. In hopes of reading them sooner than later.
Both of these books that I’m talking about today, are written by authors that I’ve read from before. Both of these books fall into the Fantasy genre; which I love. The difference between these two books though, is that the first book I’m talking about is the first in a trilogy, while the second book is a book in the last of it’s series.
Another difference between these two books is that one of the books deals with Faeries, and the other deals with Space.
The first book I’m talking about today is Lament by Maggie Stiefvater. Continue reading

Hello lovelies! Today is my first post of August. That means that this post is both my Welcome Back! post, and my July Book Haul. Enjoy!
Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater | Book Review #86
“For years, Grace has watched the wolves in the woods behind her house. One yellow-eyed wolf—her wolf—is a chilling presence she can’t seem to live without.
Meanwhile, Sam has lived two lives: In winter, the frozen woods, the protection of the pack, and the silent company of a fearless girl. In summer, a few precious months of being human… until the cold makes him shift back again.
Now, Grace meets a yellow-eyed boy whose familiarity takes her breath away. It’s her wolf. It has to be. But as winter nears, Sam must fight to stay human—or risk losing himself, and Grace, forever.”
Just an FYI for those of you who don’t know, Shiver is the first in the The Wolves of Mercy Falls trilogy. Continue reading
Books You Were Spoiled For – Top 5 Wednesday | #2
Hello everyone! Today’s post is about books that I was spoiled for. As you may know, I am a tumblr user, and the book community tends to spoil a LOT of books for people.
One of the books that I was spoiled for was The Raven Boys – by Maggie Stiefvater. I didn’t, and still don’t mind reading the spoilers for the Raven Cycle series, since there are other many other gems to read about in the books. I was a little bummed though, that I read spoilers. I didn’t really mind first reading the spoilers for this series because I never thought that I would ever read the series. Now that I am though, I don’t want to know what happens, haha. Where did the time go this January? I swear time both froze and sped up. I don’t know what to say actually!! A lot has happened this month. Shadow Hunters aired on TV. Christmas Gift Book Haul of 2015 | Book Haul #2
Wow! This post is super late. I finally got all the books though, that I got for Christmas. I waited a while because I didn’t know what to do with some money that I got. I thought to myself, should I get a hair cut? Should I pay a bill? Should I just buy books? ‘Cause its Christmas money, you know? When I’m given money either on my birthday, or for Christmas I think to myself (I won’t break out into song, I swear!), should I be responsible with this money, or should I treat myself? I always end up treating myself. I figure that they wouldn’t give me this money in the first place if they wanted to pay my bills, so, TREATING MYSELF IT IS! In the picture below are the physical copies of books I received on Christmas, with the e-books I got on my Kobo; which aren’t pictured, below! So here are the books I got this Christmas:
The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater | Book Review #57
‘”There are only two reasons a non-seer would see a spirit on St. Mark’s Eve,” Neeve said. “Either you’re his true love . . . or you killed him.”
It is freezing in the churchyard, even before the dead arrive.
Every year, Blue Sargent stands next to her clairvoyant mother as the soon-to-be dead walk past. Blue herself never sees them–not until this year, when a boy emerges from the dark and speaks directly to her.
His name is Gansey, and Blue soon discovers that is a rich student at Aglionby, the local private school. Blue has a policy of staying away from Aliongby boys. Know as Raven Boys, they can only mean trouble.
But Blue is drawn to Gansey, in a way she can’t entirely explain. He has it all–family money, good looks, devoted friends–but he’s looking for much more than that. He is on a quest that has encompassed three other Raven Boys: Adam, the scholarship student who resents all the privilege around him; Ronan, the fierce soul who ranges from anger to despair; and Noah, the tactiurn watcher of the four, who notices many things but says very little.
For as long as she can remember, Blue has been warned that she will cause her true love to die. She never thought this would a problem. But now, as her life becomes caught up in the strange and sinister world of the Raven Boys, she’s not so sure anymore.’ Continue reading
