4 Young Adult Mystery Books I Recommend | Part 1/?

Hello friends! Today’s post is about 4 Young Adult (YA) Mystery books that I really enjoyed reading. I also think that these 4 books would be a great to read if you’re new to the YA Mystery genre. Or you could even just read these anyway because yay books!

April Wrap Up | 2017

Hello all! I have been enjoying sitting in my room with my blinds and window open as of late. I love the sounds that surround early spring. I don’t know about where you live, but here where I live, I hear the traffic on the nearby bypass, the birds at both 5-6 AM & PM. I hear people outside doing their spring cleaning, and I hear kids playing around outside. That’s when it’s sunny. — When it’s raining (which I still love) I tend to hear the rain hitting the roof, along with the white noise that accompanies rain. I don’t usually hear all that much traffic when it rains, which is a nice break!

This month my To Be Read consisted of four (4) books!

Shadowlands, by Kate Brian | Book Review #196

I can’t believe that it took me a better part of a year to get around to reading Shadowlands to only finish the book within 3 days.

Shadowlands overall is a furiously fast paced book with an incredibly intriguing storyline. You could definitely read Shadowlands as a standalone. Personally though, I’m glad that Shadowlands has two more books to it.

Library Reads | #10

Here’s a little story: I went out a couple towns over to get away from my sick mother, because she just turns into a blubbery baby who has just found their voice when she is sick. I don’t think I can ever be a mom; which is totally fine with me. Anyway, I went a few towns over via transit and was there for like, an hour. Which is a long time for me to be there! I went and sat down in the teen section to cool my body and to also check out the books. Got the books that interested me, then I went and got out the books that were in reserve. Then I went to my local library and got the books that were in reserve for me there, hahaha. All in all though, I was waiting for and using transit for at least 3.5 hours.

The day’s events have left me utterly exhausted from all the stress and anxiety attacks I had, but I got library books, so I feel that all of that was well worth it. Without a further ado, here are the books I’ve borrowed!

I originally got this book out from one library but had to return it, so I borrowed it from my local library! I’m a sucker for books that take place in schools. I am so looking forward to reading this book though! I hope I get to it soon. There’s a lot of potential in this book; and it’s a standalone!!! Hopefully what I’ve conjured up in my head plays out to be true in the book.
