April 2018 Wrap Up & MINI Book Haul

I didn’t know what April would bring, reading wise. For the first week of April I only read one book, and that’s kind of out of character for me, since I typically bing-read for the first week of the month. I was reading though. Just not books, nor manga. I discovered Webtoons! I’ve been really enjoying it, and getting to know more art styles, stories and characters. I’ve had a blast so far, using that app.

Ever the Brave, by Erin Summerill | Book Review #347

This review contains spoilers.

Library Reads | #37

Library Reads: I’m a huge fan of libraries. I tend to visit the library quite a bit, so these posts are where I document the books I’ve borrowed from the library of my hometown, or one of a few of the library systems that I visit. 

I’ll tell you a little but about what I expect from the book, or the author’s writings. Whether what I say is a sentence long, or a few sentences. From doing these posts I hope to spread a little bit of my love for libraries, while also informing you of books that you may not have known of!

Ever the Hunted, by Erin Summerill | Book Review #220

Ever the Hunted is the first book in the Clash of Kingdoms duology/trilogy/series.

When I originally found Ever the Hunted on the internet, I couldn’t help but have high hopes and expectations for the story. While the book did have its interesting moments, but the story still fell flat as to my expectations. 

April Wrap Up | 2017

Hello all! I have been enjoying sitting in my room with my blinds and window open as of late. I love the sounds that surround early spring. I don’t know about where you live, but here where I live, I hear the traffic on the nearby bypass, the birds at both 5-6 AM & PM. I hear people outside doing their spring cleaning, and I hear kids playing around outside. That’s when it’s sunny. — When it’s raining (which I still love) I tend to hear the rain hitting the roof, along with the white noise that accompanies rain. I don’t usually hear all that much traffic when it rains, which is a nice break!

This month my To Be Read consisted of four (4) books!
