Hello reader/s! I hope you’re well! For a while now, I’ve been writing a weekly or bi-weekly post about books that are on my TBR. TBR, if you don’t know is the abbreviation for To Be Read. My goal here is to shed some light on books that I’ve otherwise forgotten about. These books could be books I’ve been meaning to read from the library, or books that have been collecting dust on my shelves at home. My goal though is to say a little about the book and also give a little reasoning of why I want to read them. In hopes of reading them sooner than later.

Today’s books are from two very different genres. I’m taking a gander at one of the books, since the book is a Adult Mystery. The second book is a Young Adult Contemporary novel. So you see, both books seem to be on the opposite side of their spectrums.

The first book I’m going to be talking about is a book that everyone and their mother has been talking about. This book was very popular when it first came out, and from there it was ballooned. I feel like everyone was recommended this book. The book I’m talking about is Continue reading

Todays two books include two Young Adult (YA) books! I know that for the last few I’ve mixed the TBR Tuesday’s with one YA and an Adult Fiction (General Fiction) novel. Today though, its two YA books. Another bonus of these two books is that they’re both stand-alones! Continue reading

Today’s books are two books that are ones that I’ve been meaning to read for a loooong time now. One book is a Mermaid book, and the other is a book that wraps up a Dystopian trilogy.

The first book is Monstrous Beauty by Elizabeth Fama.

The two books on today’s post are both Young Adult Science Fiction Dystopian Romances. I’m not at all too excited to visit the romance portions of the novels, but I am pretty excited to read the Dystopian parts of the books!

The first book I’m talking about in today’s TBR Tuesday is Continue reading

In today’s post I’m discussing two books that I’ve already read, but I’ve been wanting to re-read them for a while! One book I’ve read within the last 2 or 3 years, and the second book is one that I haven’t read for longer than those 2-3 years. Both of these books are Young Adult Fantasy that deal with Angels and Demons.  Continue reading

Both of the books that I’m talking about today are Young Adult Fantasy books. I bought these books at the same time, so for a while now, when I think of one, I’m reminded of the other. They’re also both first books in their respective series. However, one book deals with Ghosts, and the other story deals with Shapeshifting.

The first book I’m talking about is Hereafter by Tara Hudson. Continue reading

Both of these books that I’m talking about today, are written by authors that I’ve read from before. Both of these books fall into the Fantasy genre; which I love. The difference between these two books though, is that the first book I’m talking about is the first in a trilogy, while the second book is a book in the last of it’s series.

Another difference between these two books is that one of the books deals with Faeries, and the other deals with Space.

The first book I’m talking about today is Lament by Maggie Stiefvater. Continue reading

The books that I’ll be talking about this week are books that have come to my attention in the last year or so. I’ll be completely honest in saying that I haven’t heard much about either of these books. They’ve only appeared in my line of interest thanks to Goodreads, and because of that I’ve now added them to my TBR. Both books are by authors that I’ve never read from before, so I don’t know if I’ll enjoy their writing either.

The first book is The Fall, Continue reading
