Hello friends! Today I have my book review of Wolf Freed, by Sadie Moss.
Wolf Freed is the fourth and final book in the The Last Shifter series.
Trigger Warnings: Guns, Gun Violence, Pregnancy
This ends here. It ends with us.
After seeing the horrors Strand inflicted in the name of research, I thought they couldn’t surprise me anymore.
I was wrong.
When we learn the truth behind Doctor Shepherd’s experiments, it changes everything. Armed with that knowledge, we may finally have a way to end the Shifter Initiative once and for all.
But even as we dig up Strand’s secrets and prepare for our final confrontation with them, I’m keeping a secret of my own. From my pack, and even worse… from my mates.
When they find out what I’ve been hiding, will I lose everything I’ve been fighting for?
Wolf Claimed is the thrilling conclusion to The Last Shifter series, a reverse harem story intended for ages 18+. This book contains strong language, violence, sexual situations, and a fierce heroine who doesn’t have to choose between her men.
From GoodReads [x]:
“REVERSE HAREM” IS, LITERALLY, THE OPPOSITE OF “HAREM”, WITH A GROUP OF MALES CENTERING ROUND A SINGULAR FEMALE, USUALLY WITH THREE OR MORE MALES. QUITE OFTEN FOUND UNDER THE ROMANCE GENRE.
To be honest with you, I didn’t know where this last book would lead us. There were so many different possibilities the story could go, especially with how Wolf Claimed had ended.
Actually, Wolf Freed had me saying “Ho-ly shit!” a ton. With every new development, I was gripping my e-reader so tightly. I couldn’t put Wolf Freed down, even if I had wanted to.
I’m super appreciative that the bad guys got what they deserved. I’m glad that the Strand was essentially destroyed and disbanded.
This last book, Wolf Freed, felt the longest out of all of the 4 books. To be fair though, there was quite a lot that happened. The entirety of Wolf Freed is a great ending to the series. I am so freaking happy that everything worked out. I adore stories that have a happy ending.
I give Wolf Freed, 4 stars.
