December 2017 Wrap Up & Book Haul

Hello, and Happy New Year! I hope your celebrations went well, and that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.

Onto the December 2018 Wrap-Up! — I didn’t have a TBR for this month, because I knew that with Chirstmas this last month, things and life in general would be incredibly hectic. Yet I managed to read 10 books! Considering it was the busy hustle-and-bustle of the Holidays and Celebrations were to be had, I did pretty well with my readings!

I bought a LOT of books in December. I only received one, which I’m not at all complaining about. I’ve read the book, and I honestly, genuinely enjoyed it. I know I’m going to re-read it this 2018 (hopefully).

10 Books Read:

  • The Glass Spare (The Glass Spare, #1) by Lauren DeStefano — ★★★’s
  • Frostblood (Frostblood Saga, #1) by Elly Blake — ★★★★.5 ‘s
  • Winter Wonderland, by Belinda Jones — ★★.5 ‘s
  • My New Crush Gave to Me by Shani Petroff — ★★★★’s
  • Eon: Dragoneye Reborn (Eon, #1) by Alison Goodman — ★★★★’s
  • An Enchantment of Ravens by Margaret Rogerson — ★★★★★’s
  • *The Earl and The Fairy (Volume 1) by Mizue Tani — ★★★★’s
  • The Wood by Chelsea Bobulski — ★★★★’s
  • *The Ancient Magus’ Bride by Kore Yamazaki — ★★★★’s
  • Torn (A Wicked Saga, #2) by Jennifer L. Armentrout — ★★★’s
  • Wallbanger (Cocktail, #1) by Alice Clayton — ★★’s

I read quite a few Winter-y/Christmastime novels last month. I wanted to get into the Holiday spirit, since there weren’t really any holiday decorations around my house.

* Manga Read

That’s it for my December 2017 Wrap Up & Book Haul. Thank you so much for reading!

What’s the best thing that happened to you this month, and what’s the most interesting thing you’ve read this past December?

The best thing that happened to me this month is perhaps that my sister bought me two funko pops! The most interesting thing that I read this month was… oh man. I can’t choose just one! Here are the three most interesting books I read in December: The Glass Spare by Lauren DeStefano; Frostblood by Elly Blake; and, An Enchantment of Ravens by Margaret Rogerson.
