Hello reader/s! I hope you’re well! For a while now, I’ve been writing a weekly or bi-weekly post about books that are on my TBR. TBR, if you don’t know is the abbreviation for To Be Read. My goal here is to shed some light on books that I’ve otherwise forgotten about. These books could be books I’ve been meaning to read from the library, or books that have been collecting dust on my shelves at home. My goal though is to say a little about the book and also give a little reasoning of why I want to read them.

Today’s post are about a book which so many different views, that I get dizzy and sleepy whenever I try to sit down and read it. And the second, about a boy who didn’t want to become what he is. Here we go!

The first book is Game of Thrones by George R. R. Martin.

The first book in the A Song of Ice and Fire series, Game of Thrones has been on my TBR list for a few years. And they are expensive! One book, in paperback, costed me $21 Canadian Dollars. — Which I don’t mind, because I know this book holds a lot. …It’s just that I have books 1 – 4 in my possession. So I obviously hope to like this series.

The second book is The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan.

I’ve had this series on my TBR for a while as well. Funny story, when the new editions came out (the pretty ones, where the covers make one big picture when put side-by-side), I got so excited I confused the old covers with the new covers. I don’t mind now though. It’s been a few years since I bought this series. I have no idea when I’ll be able to get around to reading The Lightning Thief…but when I do read it, I expect quite an adventure waiting for me!

So these are the two books that I’ve talked about in this TBR Tuesday post. Have you read any of these books? If you have, what did you think of them? If you haven’t, do you think you’re ever going to read them, or are they just not your style?

Thank you so much for reading my post! You may not know it, but I really appreciate you coming to the site and reading whatever sparks your interest.
