This week’s Top 5 Wednesday post is about your Favourite Literacy Fathers/Father Figures in celebration of Father’s Day.
Unfortunately, I don’t have that great of a relationship with my dad. Fortunately though, I have read about some great dad’s in books! So here are the Father Figures that are my favourite Dad’s.
I really love what Brimstone was all about in Daughter of Smoke and Bone. Brimstone was such a great Father figure to Karou. And not only that, but he was just great in general as well. I absolutely loved his character.
Emrys is a great Father Figure. Admittedly, he doesn’t really father Aelin both literally and figuritively, but that protectiveness he has over Aelin leads me to believe that he’d be a great dad.
There are only two Father figures that I remember. Both Brimstone and Emrys are the ones that stick out to me the most, and all the other father figures that I may or may not have come across don’t match up to these two.
