Hello loves! Today’s Top 5 Wednesday post is about Best Suggested Books You Loved. Basically books that were suggested to me and I ended up loving. I’m sure there are many, I just can’t remember them! Don’t you hate that? When you feel like you were put on the spot, and you forget every book you’ve ever heard of. There are a few books that I remember being recommended to me, and five of those book are…
I was recommended Ugly Love (by Colleen Hoover) by my friend, and the ever lovely, Manda, ladybookmad (over on tumblr!). I haven’t looked back since! I absolutely love this book! Even though I can’t bring myself to re-read Ugly Love, I will occasionally flip through the book to land on a random page and read a passage. Then I’ll get a case of the feels, haha.

She Loves You, She Loves You Not… by Julie Anne Peters was recommended to me by my dear friend, Taylor. You can find Taylor at walde1nsamkiet, over on tumblr. She has a great blog! I absolutely loved this book. I devoured it when I first borrowed it from the library. Then sometime later I bought it in ebook format, and have read it at least 3 times since then. The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa, isn’t a book that I thought I would ever read. But reading Rebecca, thebookhangover (on tumblr), rave about it a while back; like a year or two ago, I had to read it. Had to get my hands on a copy! When I did, I absolutely loved the story! Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas wasn’t recommended to me by anyone in particular, rather than the whole booklr community was buzzing about the book. I then went online to my library’s website, and requested the book. I haven’t looked back since! I absolutely love the series!! You can talk to me about the Throne of Glass series on my tumblr!

Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor was another book that I read and pretty much heard the buzz over in the booklr community. Much like what with Throne of Glass, happened with Daughter of Smoke and Bone. I literally devoured this book. I remember precisely when and where I was reading this book. I read it during the summer, because I remember it starting to get hot out, it was almost noon, and where I live, noon is the highest point for the sun to be out. That, and I live right beside a major highway, so the heat from the cars is not fun. I was reading it with my door open, my mom was doing her laundry. I was screeching and screaming. So much so that my mom told me to be quiet, haha. I’m actually trying to re-read Daughter of Smoke and Bone this month so I can finally review it!
